Yacht Rock Band extraordinaire, Yacht Rock Cover Band.  Moreover, we are Yachty by Nature!

In the first place, soft rock lovers, it’s been 6 years since we started this yacht rock adventure. Likewise, it’s certainly been a smooth pleasure cruise playing to the best Yachtiences around Southern California.  In addition, we play Las Vegas, Arizona, Northern California, Iowa, Washington, North Carolina, Florida, and coming to Denver, CO soon. Of course, we are SO grateful for such a loyal and fun-loving following! We would be nowhere without the amazing people that are coming to Get Yachty with us show after show.

Moreso, we have been so fortunate to partner with incredible venues over that haul.  For example, we are booking new and exciting places every day.  For example, House of Blues, Whisky a Go-Go, Brooklyn Bowl, TopGolf, SeaLegs, Gaslamp LB, Old World Biergarten, Canyon Club Agoura Hills, and much more.

Secondly, we had no idea that our hard work would pay off and be able to play these classic vinyl cuts ALL LIVE!  Similarly, I began writing this looking back on just 5 years ago playing a HUGE venue at Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas.  Likewise, it’s been crazy seeing the band take it to another level.  Indeed, it’s been a long grind through Covid 19 and the band is ready to light the stages on fire this Summer of 2022.

Indeed, these tunes are tough to do vocally and instrumentally.  In fact, a yacht rock band that plays it live like us is ONE OF A KIND.  Therefore, I’m so proud of this Band for applying their expert musical talents to such difficult songs.  In addition, we do add the fun, swagger, improvisation to these tunes at such a high level.  Similarly, Scotty McYachty’s vocal stylings have led the way.   Importantly, the band has responded with the groove and tightness of a top notch and NATIONAL band.

Additionally, we are a crew that is still dedicated to bringing you the embodiment of the 70’s and 80’s with all the fun of the Yacht Party.  And, we rock the vibe of the Ron Burgundy playlist (double jazz flute)!  All in all, it’s great to hear that our fans respond to that positive vibe.  It’s all about that hard work and our PASSION for YACHT ROCK!  Besides, we truly love what we do 🙂

Fantastic venues…

Additionally, how about that growing list of amazing venues that we’ve partnered with!  Topgolf in Las Vegas and Scottsdale love this Yacht Rock Band.  In fact, so do Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, House of Blues Anaheim, Midtown Concert Series in Raleigh, NC, SeaLegs at the Beach, Tropicana Laughlin, Cal Coast Paso Robles, Canyon Club and Biergarten HB to name a few.  In addition, we’ll finally add Descanso Beach Club on Catalina Island this May 29, 2022.  We’ve done the Hornblower Yacht cruises and add San Francisco Bay to the mix in May as well.

Even Yachty weddings have been a proud feather in our cap too!  Some of the killer venues for those nuptials have been Ace Palm Springs, Catalina Museum, Tre Posti in Napa, Casa Romantica and would have included Arnold’s Park, Iowa had it not been for Covid 19.  Other honorable mention events include:  Nood Beach (when we opened for Snoop), Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale, Waste Management Open in Arizona, Delta Coves, Taste of Anaheim, Tiki Caliente, Ironwood Country Club, Terranea Resort, Dana Point Yacht Club, Black Marlin, Swallow’s Inn, Country Club Costa Mesa, and countless concerts in the park.

Yacht Rock Band #1!

Importantly, we’ve become the most prolific Yacht Rock / Soft Rock band in America.  In fact, Yachty by Nature played 500 shows  since 2016.  We’re also the only big West Coast Yacht Rock band to play TOTALLY LIVE without backing tracks. We say it a lot, but it’s just not SMOOTH when a band plays Rosanna or Africa and the keyboardist isn’t playing those big solos.  It’s being played with a karaoke track!  Thus, having the backing tracks do all the heavy lifting of these difficult tunes is so UN-YACHT ROCK. Moreover, we REALLY appreciate fans that know the difference and CELEBRATE LIVE MUSIC!  Importantly, it would be a lot easier to just press play on some backing tracks and have it sound just like the record.  Thanks again for proving our hard work is paying off.  We proudly perform with a great show of LIVE MUSIC and LIVE MUSICIANS.

Moreover, keep it up Southern California, this Yacht Rock Band continues to grow!  Equally important, tell a friend and check the calendar.  It’s gonna be another great summer of smooth music.  In fact, go the extra mile and take your smooth apparel to the next level!  Of course, boat shoes, deck shoes, Sperry top-siders, etc. will give you that fancy footwork that embodies smooth.  As well, the striped shirt, red pants, captains hat, popped collar will surely do.  Additionally , the 70’s bellbottoms and jean meat, floral print shirt or hawaiian shirt, white chinos, blue blazer, resort attire, and yacht apparel will ooze sophistication.  And, of course, the accessories can take you over the top:  Ray Bans, yellow and blue shades, a pipe, a scarf for men and women, an ascot, and beyond!  Moreso, check out our articles on Yacht Rock attire!
